Global Black Woman was a national magazine that began publishing in 2000. The magazine spotlighted the inspiring lives of pioneering women and men in business and the professions not commonly associated with women of African descent. The magazine also featured everyday role models who were very accomplished in their field such as computer company entrepeneurs, doll-makers, plastic surgeons, international chefs and orchestra conductors, planetarium directors, composers of broadway plays, gymnastics and fencing champions, museum curators, international chefs, as well as former and burgeoning superstars in media, opera, fashion, theatre, and literature and the arts in general.

Global Black Woman was once the 4th highest rated magazine focusing on women of African descent on Amazon. The magazine was founded and published by Dana W. Reynolds-Marniche. She was also the Editor-in-Chief.
